About the Role
Position Summary:
TuBro's Restoration is seeking a dependable, motivated Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for responding to emergency property damage, performing mitigation services, and assisting with the restoration process from start to finish.
The ideal candidate enjoys hands on work, thrives in a fast paced environment, and takes pride in helping people during difficult situations.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Restoration experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• IICRC certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in changing environments and emergency situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
• Frequently lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Stand, kneel, climb ladders, bend, and crawl for extended periods.
• Work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including respirators when required.
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime during emergency situations.
Preferred Qualifications
• IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT, or AMRT certifications.
• Experience with moisture mapping and restoration software.
• Construction or demolition experience.
• Experience operating restoration equipment.
