Marketing & Brand Communications Specialist
Position Summary
The Marketing & Brand Communications Specialist is responsible for growing the TuBro's Restoration brand through strategic marketing, digital communications, and community engagement. This position oversees content creation, website management, social media, branding, photography, and marketing campaigns that strengthen our reputation and generate new business.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
• Manage the company website and SEO initiatives.
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Coordinate photography and video content for projects and company events.
• Monitor online reviews and manage the company's online reputation.
• Design promotional materials including brochures, flyers, apparel, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with leadership on recruiting campaigns and community outreach.
• Track marketing performance and provide reporting on campaign results.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Business Profile, and website management.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and creativity.
• Photography and videography experience is a plus.
