Human Resources Representative
Position Summary
TuBro's Restoration is seeking a Human Resources Representative to support our growing team by managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and day to day HR operations. This role plays a key part in building a positive workplace culture while ensuring employees receive the support and resources they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
• Manage recruiting efforts, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee orientation.
• Maintain employee records and personnel files.
• Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and timekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support employee performance reviews and development programs.
• Handle employee questions and workplace concerns professionally.
• Assist with company events, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
